When it brings you to a point where you're being less healthy because of it - like eating something less healthy just because its less points - then stepping back is a good thing to do. I'm sort of at the opposite end of the spectrum - getting ready to go back to WW because i've been off it too long and the scale is moving in the wrong direction!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
