Truthfully I was disappointed because I thought I could do better than that. Then I gave myself a reality check that if I lost a pound a week for 12 weeks I'd be halfway to goal. I bet you feel SO good.<br /><br />One suggestion I have to lower the pts+ of your salad is to use one egg white rather than a whole hard boiled egg, which will save you 2 points. Also, use the oil and vinegar - as much vinegar as you want and use 1 tsp of olive oil and salt and pepper, which will save you another point.
