You have also been losing at a steady rate so your body might just be saying...hold on a minute we need to process what is going on. I had to tell myself the same thing. I was stuck between 163-165 for a few weeks and I was doing everything right and tracking to a T. Now I'm finally dropping again. I think my body was fighting back. Also - I think running might make us hold weight. Sounds weird but when I was running 3+ times a week I wasn't dropping. Now I run 1-2x and I'm dropping again.<br /><br />Hang in there.
