So embarrassed

This girl who thought she knew everything about weight loss, who lost over 90 pounds to reach a healthy weight, who ran a 5K, who turned her life around, found a way to weigh in this morning.

And found out that she now weighs 183.2 pounds. Over 30 pounds more than last September.

I have never felt so depressed.

And, please, no I told you so's. I already know.

  1. I just have to play devil's advocate and say that before you knew for sure you had gained (even though you've been suspicious for a while), you've been pretty happy. Wonderful fiance, all of these new opportunities, and your clothes still fit. You know you have changes to make, but don't let this diminish all of the other happy and great things you have going on right now. And I personally don't want to live a life where it's not perfectly okay sometimes to have a baguette and cheese and wine for dinner.

  2. Don't be so hard on yourself! Maintenance is REALLY hard, trust me, I can relate. And now you know where you are, no more questions, and you certainly know what you need to do to get back to where you were. And I love the comment from above - so many things are going great in your life - don't let this one thing get to you so much!
