I have come to hate WI's. Mostly because I'm not staying OP and I know I'll have a gain. Last week I was up 1 lb and this week I fear I'll be up another 1-2 lbs.
Part of me knows I'm not losing because of my eating but even before that I was having a real hard time losing. I'm not wondering if my body is building muscle which is why the scale is not moving as fast. I like the way I look now (minus my stomach) and think I should enjoy it as well. I still need to take off 15-20 lbs and I look forward to the new WW plan to help me with that.
Thanks everyone! Amanda, I hear you. It's so hard to lose weight, especially after you've lost a substantial amount. But we can do this! Good luck with your WI =)
