I'm up 1.4.
After two tough weeks with some very bad eating days, that's not so bad. And I'm glad I weighed in because now I can focus on having a good week this week.
Goals:
-Count points and stay within points.
-Exercise three times
That doesn't seem too hard. Wish me luck!
Great job getting on the scale! Definately do-able goals there. Good luck, you can do this!

Way to stay optimistic! For the longest time, when I knew I'd had bad weeks, I'd still tell myself that I just had no idea why the scale was up. It's so much easier now that I can go in, knowing and accepting the fact that if the scale's up, it's the chips & dip and weekend drinks that likely did it.
